Our tradition has its roots in the first half of the last century. It was then that Feliks Sowa, based on his family's tried and tested recipes, began producing his own bakery products. It soon became apparent that the people of Bydgoszcz were keen on sweet baked goods.
Fidelity to tradition is our guiding principle, but we are committed to continuous development in technology.
